Sound Baths
With Adriana Nash
Discover the transformative power of sound.
Sound has the power to quiet your mind, ease your body, and open your heart. In a sound bath, you’ll rest comfortably as the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you. These sounds don’t just fill the room—they invite you to truly listen, connecting you both the world and the whispers within. This practice encourages deep relaxation, emotional release, and a renewed sense of inner calm.

Sound has a profound way of shifting energy, calming the nervous system, and creating space for deep relaxation. Through vibration, sound waves interact with the body on a subtle yet powerful level, easing tension, supporting emotional release, and fostering mental clarity. Instruments like Tibetan bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and drums don’t just create sound—they create a full-body experience that encourages balance, renewal, and release. Sound is a tool of transformation. All you have to do is show up, relax, and receive.
-
Sound baths with Adriana begin with gentle movement and guided meditation to to support your shift from daily life into a state of relaxation. Once settled, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of gongs, drums, Tibetan bowls, and chimes.
This intentional blend of movement, breath, and sound is designed to support your awareness of, and connection to, self; inviting you to receive the transformative resonance of sound in a powerful and immersive way.

Semi-private sound baths offer a more intimate and personalized experience. In smaller groups, I am able to give focused attention, including hands-on supportive touch and intentional use of sound directly on and around the body. Semi-private sound baths are tailored to your intentions, creating a deeply personal, supportive and immersive experience. While both community and semi-private sound baths promote relaxation, the smaller setting of semi-private sound baths allow for a more customized and intentional journey.

No experience is needed! These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Adriana will guide you through each step, ensuring you feel comfortable, supported, and at ease throughout your experience. You, as you are, are welcome here.

Everyone’s experience is unique. It’s normal to feel rejuvenated, introspective, relaxed, sleepy, emotional, or anywhere in between. Some may experience mental clarity or emotional release, while others may just feel tired. All of these responses are completely normal. Rest and hydration are encouraged after your sound bath to support your integration.
-
Sound baths are generally safe for most people. However, if you’re pregnant, have a pacemaker, hearing aids or have any other specific health concerns, it’s best to reach out beforehand to ensure the session is suitable for you.
-
To get the most out of your sound bath, come with an open mind and a willingness to meet yourself where you are. I recommend staying hydrated throughout the day and, if possible, avoiding caffeine and alcohol on the day of your sound bath. Try to eat a light, nourishing meal—nothing too heavy or overfilling. If you find yourself saying, "I ate too much!" or "I'm dehydrated," don’t worry— give yourself some grace. These are best practices, not requirements. Be gentle with yourself!
Optional: Bring your journal and write your intention down when you arrive.
-
Yes! Private sessions can be customized for groups or special occasions. If you're looking for a unique experience for a celebration, retreat, team-building or wellness event, please reach out! Let’s co-create your perfect soundscape.
